Each test incl. a copy of the test / measurement protocol and the attachment of a test badge.

Safety workbenches (MSW):
Visual inspection for defects, visualisation of the air flow, inspection of the absence of leaks in the pre-, exhaust- and circulating air filters with laser particle measuring device and aerosol generator (DOP / DEHS test), inspection and if necessary adjustment of the air intake speed and displacement flow by means of anemometer with possible readjustment, electrical test acc. to BGV-A3.

Workbenches for product protection (PSW):
Visual inspection for defects, visualisation of the air flow, checking that the HEPA filter is free of leaks with laser particle measuring device and aerosol generator (DOP / DEHS test), checking and, if necessary, adjustment of the displacement flow by means of anemometer with possible readjustment, electrical test acc. to BGV-A3.

Autoclaves / steam sterilisers:
Functional test of the equipment parts required for the safety of operation, in particular measuring instruments, safety devices, shut-off devices, seals and closures; internal visual inspection of the pressure vessel for damage to the walls and visual inspection of the general condition, electrical safety test acc. to BGV-A3, recording of pressure and temperature via calibrated data logger with test run.

Centrifuges:
Check housing for stability and check of mechanical fastening, frame and auxiliary units; check housing lids, covers and claddings for corrosion, erosion and damage due to mechanical stress; check of cover locking and closing, condition and fastening of the vibrating foundation; check of drive condition, check of drum or rotors for marking, condition, corrosion, erosion and grinding marks; measurement of rotational speed; check of electrical equipment acc. to BGV-A3.

Fume cupboards (class 1 personal protection):
Visual inspection for defects, checking and determining the air intake velocity and volume flow with calibrated measuring equipment, functional test of the control panel + monitoring device, checking the alarm, sash + seals, electrical test acc. to BGV-A3.*.

Safety / hazardous material cabinets:
Functional test of the equipment parts required for operation, functional test of the complete mechanical system, internal visual inspection of the hazardous substances cabinet, inspection of the door seal, visual inspection of the general condition, legal security check, fire protection test, ventilation test and determination of the air volume per hour with calibrated measuring technology (if the safety device is connected to the exhaust air - in compliance with the regulations).*

Spot extraction:
Visual inspection for defects, inspection and determination of the air intake velocity and air volume per hour with calibrated measuring technology, functional test of the control panel and monitoring device, check of the alarm, seals, electrical test acc. to VDE 0701/0702.*.

CO2 incubators:
Functional test of the equipment necessary for the operation of the incubator, measuring instruments and closing devices, internal visual inspection of the incubator, inspection of the door seal, closure, V-pump (if integrated), filters and gas flush valves, visual inspection of the general condition, electrical test acc. to BGV-A3, determination of the CO2 content, recording of the temperature via calibrated sensor.

Drying ovens:
Functional test of the equipment necessary for the operation of the required equipment, in particular measuring devices and closing devices, internal visual inspection of the incubator, inspection of the door seal, closure, V-pump (if integrated), filter and exhaust air, visual inspection of the general condition, electrical test acc. to BGV-A3, recording of the temperature + humidity via calibrated sensor with printout on protocol.
